There are zillions of garlic crushers you can buy but only one does the best job. I’ve been using Zyliss for over 20 years. I’ve tried other brands but none come close. It cuts through even the largest clove and REMOVES the skin for you! The hopper is larger than most and now the device comes with a brilliant silicone cleaner that is housed within the tool to pick out the holes.

I love this little gadget. It has genuinely made life easier for getting all the beautiful garlic flavour into meals - leaves minimal waste, really easy to clean, and no extra parts to worry about as the cleaning brush fits right back into the main utensil.Lovely wee crusher.

I bought this to replace my 30 year old Zyliss garlic press. I didn't even consider buying another brand because my previous one lasted for so long. This is a wonderful tool and slightly improved on the old one - it now has a dimpled pressing plate and a larger crushing chamber. An excellent piece of kitchen kit!

I had a good garlic press and it broke. So my wife bought a good looking replacement that was easy to clean. Only problem, something like 80% of the garlic would go to the compost bin because the press couldn't extract it.Enters this little guy. It extracts the bejeesus out of garlic. When you're finished pressing, there's only a dry almost transparent film of garlic left. Everything else is in your recipe. The only down side is cleaning is a little more invested because you don't have flat access to the garlic chamber: it's recessed. There's a little plastic tool to help clean by pushing the garlic back out. You need to be careful when inserting the tool to not bend the plastic fingers. Anyways it's not a big deal.It feels pretty solid (looks like aluminum) and looking forward to many years of use.It looks solid
