This bench was so easy to put together. I thought I did it wrong because it was sturdy. I took it apart twice because it was is so shaky.

I generally like this bench. It's good for the price. I can't give it 5 stars. But you get what you pay for. I just wish it was a bit more sturdy. When I do back extensions the pad moves. And I have to be on just the right spot to do hip thrusts or the bench makes a really terrible sound. I expect this bench to last 2-3 years before I have to replace it with a better one.But it's pretty good for the money. It allowed me to start my home gym without breaking the bank. So, 4 stars.

My husband was so happy when he found this on the Amazon website. Then he opened the box. It was missing two bolts necessary to assemble it. Rather than return it, he went to the local hardware store and got what he needed. Then he put it together with no problem. He wanted to try it out, so he stood on the foot pads & leaned over, much like the picture of the young woman in the picture. Now, my husband only weighs 175 lbs, so he's "well" within the weight limits. The bench almost came apart. It had not been properly welded. It is totally useless! We will definitely be returning it now!

Weight bench arrived in a timely manner, wasn't late nor was the box destroyed. It arrived in two boxes with lots of plastic wrapping. All the parts were in a small black drawstring bag, with the rest in the plastic.Assembly was easy until the leg support which the big safety pin I had to hammer in gently to get it to fit, after that you can pull the safety pin out with more ease. Would also help if u had a little wd40 if you didnt want to use a hammer.After using the weight bench for a few it doesnt wobble when using it or that shaking feeling you have when its unstable.It did not come with a list of workouts, just the instruction manual. The bench is made of the same metal you see in all walmart and amazon furniture that's less than 100 dollars.So far enjoyable weight bench with no issues, will update if there is issues later down the road.

I really wish this was a more sturdy bench. I am 5'9 230lbs and this thing sure rocks around during use. Hopefully some of that will go away as I lose weight. The padding is comfortable enough. Instructions are a little weird. Just pictures with no words words. The arm bands are cheap and useless for the most part. With the bungee cords being WAY to long. Should be pretty easy to shorten them and get some use out of it.

I got this early. Took it out of the box. At 2:30 PM I started putting it together. At 3:00 PM I was sitting on it all done. Seems great for what I want to do. I'm 72 years old and live with my Boxer plus I just had double hernia surgery 2 weeks ago, SO- that's how easy it is to put together. My Boxer didn't do crap to help me. Fast delivery, good product. I'll tell others about ts bench for sure. Easy to put together if you have a little common sense and patience.

I doubt this bench will hold 772 lbs. Like some other reviewers, I'll say it does wobble a bit, my thoughts are it's because the support feet do not extend far enough out. However, I don't jump on it or wobble around on it while I'm using it either, so I have not had a problem with it. I wanted something to do light work outs at home, sit ups with a reclining bench and be able to sit on it and do some weight training. I'm 6' 215.Don't expect to use the bands that come with it, they are very weak. And while the package shows metal carabiners, they are plastic.It went together in a few minutes doing it by myself, so that's not an issue.
