Legit?
I'm not sure these are legit - I have had 2 blood tests done recently and my vitamin D levels have reduced in 3 months although I take 2 tablets every day!! Doctor recommended that I buy more legit ones - although I originally bought these from Sainsburys 3 years ago therefore I thought they were legit.

Vitamin D for at low cost
I suffer from chronic depression and anxiety and was advised by my specialist to supplement the antidepressants I need to take am and pm with vitamin D and other minerals. The vitamins are easily available in pharmacies at a fairly low cost.
