Kaweco Liliput Fountain Pen Fireblue M 0.9 mm

Felt a bit smaller and lighter than expected, but writing experience is surprisingly pleasing.

Love the pen, but unscrewing it shows a significantly brighter finish inside; as this pen is known to change colour with use this was the first suggestion it was a used pen, then when first filled (with turquoise ink) it was clear that a dark blue or black had been in the pen previously. I had to write half a page before the turquoise came through as shown in the sample image attached. The fact that it was a used pen was not declared on the listing. No warranty form was included. The included medium nib writes well. It is also easy to change to other Kaweco nibs of various sizes. This pen does best with Kaweco or Pelikan 4001 inks. (I have also used Ferris Wheel, Wordsworth & Black, and J. Herbin inks with it). Love its diminutive size and the heft of the steel barrel.

Beautifully made and the EF nib writes like a dream.

Ce sont les commentaires qui ont fait pencher la balance pour ce stylo.Acheté avec une plume en taille médium, écriture fluide, glisse parfaitement même sur du papier de qualité basique. La taille réduite ne pose aucun souci. Étant gaucher, pas toujours évident de trouver un stylo plume aussi pratique et agréable, je suis d’autant plus satisfait.

Der Versand war superschnell, Verpackung sehr angemessen. Der Füllhalter in „Fireblue“ kam in der bekannten Kaweco Metallbox. Ich war überrascht auf der beiliegenden Rechnung „inklusive kurzem Etui“ zu lesen. Nähere Untersuchung der kompletten Verpackung ergab jedoch hierzu keinen Treffer. Aber ich habe es ja auch nicht erwartet oder bezahlt, also alles gut.

Love all of Kaweco’s products. The Liliput is a very well made little pen. And when I say little, it is absolutely tiny. The size takes some getting used to but for a pocket pen it is to be expected. Definitely not recommended for someone with giant hands down though. If you like the design of the Liliput but have hands like Shrek, try the Supra instead.
