Multifunction Digital Baby Forehead Thermometer & Ear Thermometer

Great, affordable, reliable, compact thermometer! I have a 3 mo old and keep cycling through some colds. I have 2 other similar thermometers. One from a baby shower gift that for the life of me my house has eaten somewhere. I bought another in-store at target. What a waste of $35 from a well known brand! It's readings were all over the place, as much as 9degree fluctuations!!! It's worthless and definitely "safety last!" I read the reviews for this one and hoped they would be true. Alas, I have a tool that I can confidently rely on! We have a cold currently and it works great. One thing that surprised me was the super compact size. It's almost the diameter of a fat highlighter marker. It's perfect to throw in your diaper bag!!! My only negative is the beep. Wish you could mute it when checking a sleeping baby. Mine doesn't seem to mind and this gives the same reading if I hover over his skin or touch it! Excellent tool. Best value out there!!!

This multifunction infrared thermometer comes in an attractive and durable container with a magnetized lid. The container appears quite sturdy and will be very handy for storing the thermometer. The thermometer is accompanied by a stand as well as easily followed instructions even though the grammar is occasionally less than perfect. The ease of use, accuracy and appearance are impressive as are the multiple functions that it is capable of. The overall impression is that this is a quality product and I would recommend it to anybody. This is an unsolicited review. I paid full price for the product.

I have followed the instructions on this to the tee and have yet to get a normal temp reading from it, let alone a higher temperature. Not sure if I am going to like it unless I can figure out how to make it work like it says.

I read the directions several times and still can't figure out how to use this, to the point that I can't use it effectively as needed.

Everything seems okay so far, although I do not seem to get consistent readings. The temp always seems to vary by up to .5 degrees cooler/warmer. I do think this will be perfectly effective for diagnosing a fever quickly in my one year old son. I think this is a good product for the price.

The sensor that switches it from forehead mode to ear mode keeps malfunctioning. Also, if I take 3 different readings, they're usually all different! Don't waste your money.

Gave to my daughter when baby was born in May, got it out to use it last night, it reads temp wrong, does not work properly! Very disappointed!

This thermometer worked perfectly straight from the box. There are no difficult instructions. Just power it on and it reads temperature.
