I started this yesterday, and all i can say is i used to smoke a pack a day, I have only had 8 today. I have smoked for 25 years. I will keep you posted on progress. My husband is also doing this with me. His results are not the same, but he has had less cigarettes, and also not feeling hungry. I say it worth a try. It can make your ear sore but you are not suposed to wear it all day. I wear it about 2 hours on 1 hour off and my ears are fine.! Good Luck to all that try, I hope it works for you.

Didn't help at all. Made me dizzy & uncomfortable

I got this product for both me and my husband so that we could quit smoking... It did cut down for both of us the first few days... but could not wear it all the time because it hurt both our ears pretty badly after a while... I still put mine on in the morning to cut down in my morning routine when I usually chain smoke.. but can only wear it for a few hours... my husband does not wear his at all anymore.. actually left a bruise on both of our ears and does not work if you wear on opposite ear for some reason...

Very strong magnets but did nothing to help me quit. Just got a very sore ear. Very disappointed with this product.

Just recieved this item... it was on time. Minimal instructions but very easy to look up. It will turn black after a while. Just cleaned it with alcohol made it look better. It is definitely helping...I am down to half a pack a day and I normally smoke a pack plus!

Love it. It doesn’t completely relieve a craving (but what does?) but if I wear it, it will make me forget about smoking for most of the day. Definitely reccomend for use along with another product, I use Allen Carr’s book and I’m on day 12 of not smoking.

I bought this thinking it would do great things for my husband. I received it on Wednesday and immediately put it on his ear as instructed. He came home and said that it fell off of him and he didn’t realize until obviously too late. So now that was $10.00 down the drain as the whole thing is lost. Pinch your own left ear when you have a craving!

My dad was a smoker for 40+ years, used this once and his cravings were gone, he wore it for a few hours yesterday & didn't even think about a cigarette the whole night. This is amazing!
