This is an interesting book which gives a great overview of the history of chocolate, and most things chocolatey.I was looking for a book on making raw chocolate, and sadly this doesn't go into that at all.Some of the recipes in the recipe chapter look interesting, but unfortunately, most of them require a dehydrator.I guess it might be possible to adapt some of them for use with a conventional cooker, but I haven't tried yet.This is about RAW food. Which means no cooking.If i'd realised that I probably wouldn't have bought it, but will keep it as the chapters on chocolate are interesting.

Once again brought as a present, and throughly enjoyed, brilliant illustrations and if this doesnt make you want to crave for Chocolate, then theres something very sad about you!!

I hesitated buying this book because of the perceived high price, but I wish I'd bought it years ago. It's a beautiful book on high quality glossy paper and makes a wonderful read.
