I’ve had sleep issues nearly all my life and been using Unisom for years. Usually I wouldn’t try a generic or knock off brand especially when it comes to my sleep. But to get nearly twice as much for half the price I figured why not. And I’m so glad I did! I was buying 100 softgels of Unisom for $22+ and these are $10.99 for 196 softgels. And they are just as good, if not better, than Unisom. I would definitely recommend!

Buyer beware!!! Look up the main ingredient diphenhydramine Hci 50mg. That is for colds. Not only that. this medication is a muscle relaxer but it also keep you up like coffee must have caffeine in it because I took it before bedtime and i was still wired until 1 am in the morning. It tires your body out but your mind is still racing!! This is not normal at all. This happens the entire time you are up. I finally feel asleep woke up as if I was hit by a truck had to pray and drink green tea to keep me up while at work. Would not recommend try natural alternatives.

I love these! I don't know if it's just a coincidence or not, but I sleep the whole night! The previous ones I took I would always wake up 1 or 2 times during the night. I also like the fact that I wake up and am not drowsy or anything. I just feel rested and refreshed!

I tried these after looking at all the reviews.. and to be honest they have not helped me fall asleep earlier. I took two and was still wide awake 3 hours later. I tried it 3 times, and the last time I even took 3. Nothing.

Not sure how to return this item but I opened up my bottle today and apparently a few of the pills busted opened and clumped the entire bottle of pills together not just one bottle but both bottles. I found it strange this is the second time I have ordered them first time was happy this time not so much..
