It’s Nat Geo. Everything you need to know is in your hands.
I have the 2020 and 2019 Nat Geo Almanacs. The 2021 version looks similar to the 2020 version in terms of data, but content looks stunning and the cover is breathtaking.Great publishing as always Nat Geo. Keep it up.

Chock full of useful information, fabulous pictures and other tidbits
"National Geographic Almanac 2021" (2020 publication; 400 pages) is the latest volume of the annual almanac. Per the usual, the book brings the latest and greatest in fields like science, nature, history, world cultures, geography, and the environment. What do you recall as being particularly relevant in 2020? The COVID-19 pandemic of course. And so not surprisingly, the coronavirus gets plenty of attention early on in the book, along with a broader look at other "infectious agents" to the human body.Other timely topics in this year's almanac include the James Webb telescope, launching in 2021; a brand-new wildflower guide; and a guided tour of the moons of the solar system, just to mention those. And did I mention the fabulous, at times jaw-dropping full-color pictures? I must admit that I typically don't read all of the articles that are in the National Geographic Almanac, but I can assure you that I do look at every single picture. As some of the reviewers here have mentioned, this book makes for a great gift to kids starting at a certain age, say 9 or 10. But let's be clear: this book is NOT written specifically for kids (in fact, there is a separate edition of the Almanac that is in fact specifically geared at kids). This book can be enjoyed by adults of all ages. Unlike certain other annual editions (I'm thinking specifically of college search guides), where much of the information is recycled year after year with slight variations here and there, that is not at all the case with this National Geographic Almanac. In fact, if you were to collect this book year after year, you'd find yourself with an amazingly varied collection. Bottom line: if you have an enquiring mind, I'd readily suggest you check this out, and draw your own conclusion.
