Wrendale by Royal Worcester Double Oven Glove

I liked the look of the product mainly because of the Royal Worcester pattern real British crafted for a few hundred years.but what a let down after receiving it Chinese crafted tat well I will be looking closer in the future that's for sure. I wouldn't even buy something made this poorly as a present to give the BBC. Just an insult to some real gifted artist who worked for Royal Worcester.

Terribly made. Both hands have holes in after only 1 month of light use. It's a shame because the design is nice. Just not fit for purpose.

We really like the Wrendale products but they can be quite expensive (although they are very good quality). I bought these oven gloves on an Amazon deal for nearly half price so it was a much better deal.The design itself is lovely with an Owl on one hand and a Mallard duck on the other. The joining material contains small pictures of lots of different animals (which has been frequently used on other Wrendale products) and the other side is pale green with white silhouettes of leaves.The oven glove is well made with a material trim on the outside and quilted stitching. The 'mitt' parts where you put your hands are quite large and should accommodate most hand sizes easily. The print quality is excellent but it will be interesting to see how it reacts over time to red hot dishes out of the oven!My only concern is that there's a lot of white on the oven glove design and eventually it's not going to stay that way, so, it seems such a shame to use them knowing this!

First of all the Wrendale Design art work on these gloves is beautiful. However, the quality of these gloves is appalling, both of the gloves have developed gaping holes in the ends from the stitching coming undone, I have managed to restitch one, but I am not sure I will be able to fix the other as the fabric has also started to fray. My fingers now keep poking out the end, which makes them pretty much unusable and unsafe. Very poorly made.

I bought these oven gloves because I am a massive fan of Wrendale products, I love the designs. While this set of oven gloves are really pretty they are not fit for purpose! I have had them just over a month and they have a hole in them, not from trying to pick up something too hot, but where the stitching has come undone. I don't think this sort of thing should have happened as I haven't had them very long but have now missed the window to return.
