This mixer does just what I expect a decent hand mixer to do. It doesn't start off so fast that half the ingredients splash out of the bowl when I start mixing (as did the mixer-before-last), and there is a noticeable progression in speed as you go through the settings (unlike my most recent mixer). It's powerful enough to handle some quite heavy, dry, mixtures - but isn't too heavy. And it has a flat end so you don't have to perch it precariously over the edge of the bowl when you need to set it down.

I am not an avid baker. I mostly use it for mashed potatoes and the occasional homemade frosting for a box cake. It gets the job done. I would not recommend this item for professional, every day use. My last hand mixer was over 20 years old and the materials especially used for the beaters with this particular hand mixer seem to be a bit cheap.

I love the fact and it's so sleek and light weight. Easy to use. My 8 year old heels me bake and he loves it.

My wife loves her mixer, it is as powerful as her old one and has a better speed control. I've never heard of this brand but works great, you know what they say "happy wife happy life" and she is very happy.

Love the holder that comes with this, the mixer is super nice, feels and looks like it would cost more.

I can’t imagine this motor lasting too long with the speed this thing operates at! Definitely needed a splatter guard even on the lowest setting. Worked fine just a little too powerful for my intended use, cookies.
