I had just run out of ALA and at my age, I NEED it! ALA seems to help me with my circulation - meaning I can tell the difference in how my feet feel when I don't take my ALA for a few days. There are a few things that I can really tell work and ALA is one of those things. Folic acid is another - of course I take a daily vitamin tablet which I think is important but it really is something I can point to when I take (or don't take) ALA. As soon as I received these I opened and started my once a day with them. My feet are warm, they don't feel...stiff or...I don't know how to explain the feelings in them when I don't take ALA. These are working fine and at a really good price.

I was skeptical about this but heard it would stop my leg and foot cramps in the middle of the night but this works great! The night i forgot to take it my cramps came back. Loving it.

I no longer need to take two capsules because this product has all I need in a huge tablet!

This tablet is intended to be swallowed whole, but I gave it high marks for flavor just the same. It is also a high milligram, time-released tablet, but the smooth, football-shape is easily swallowed. Natrol's ALA has been evaluated by a third-party lab and found to be a high quality and reasonably priced supplement. (The lab compares prices,too!)
