follow the instructions and you should have no issues
Great mood lighting or you can just put on 1 color or more.The instructions are a bit cryptic but just experiment with them and you'll do fine. Apparently if you have more than one, you can sync them, which should be nice.

Awesome Lamp, Price Is A Bit High.
A great lamp for the bedroom, comes with a remote that you can use the change the colors and set the mood. It is also very light weight and easy to move around. The assembly was pretty easy but the instructions are a bit confusing at first and I nearly broke it putting it together, but it all worked out. The Price also does seem a bit high for you actually get. Recommended.

Extremely overpriced
My mom and I got this lamp for my great uncle this Christmas. He loved it! The colours themselves are very bright and it has lots of beautiful colour coordinations. When you first open it, it seems like it won’t stand on its own, but it’s actually quite sturdy - and the best part is, it’s not very delicate, meaning if it tips over or I run into it I don’t have to worry about it breaking.However, it’s not very bright at its highest setting (in my opinion), which is both a blessing and also kind of sucks. The remote is very limited and I found to be somewhat of a concern once truly getting a look at it in person, since my uncle sometimes has trouble understanding things and I worry he might struggle with the remote.My biggest issue with the product is the price. It is way too expensive for what you get. For a price like this, I’d expect it to work with your phone and/or a voice assistant. If I’d been making this purchase on my own, I honestly wouldn’t have made it.Overall a good product, just not worth the price.

Happy with the purchase
Wasn’t quite sure what to expect based on the negative reviews I read. So I was pleasantly impressed with the quality, no real issues. The materials are nice and it went together easily.I rated a 4/5 on sturdiness not because it’s going to fall over easily but just that there’s a fair bit of tension on the assembled rod so it does bow within the frame. Just a minor detail and shouldn’t be an issue, obviously you can’t be rough with it.My only issue is that the instructions for the remote are pretty terrible and could definitely be better. Even an internet search didn’t reveal anything more.

Not marble colored as pictured and very cheap
Long shade is not marble colored , it is white . Not canvas , it is cheap plastic . I paid $149. 00 sent it back . I wouldn't pay more than 30 bucks for something so cheap and cheesy. I would strongly recommend you not buy this lamp .
