Hope i never need it
Installed super easy. Wish i got it before our truck was stolen. Seems like it will definitely be effective. Very studry plate and it slipped right on.

Feel comfortable that it would make it difficult to break in to the truck
Be patient the way the blocking plate fits Is precise it requires finesse but it fits. The second side went faster after I got the sequence and positioning figured out.

Pretty easy for a novice like me.
I installed these on my 2003 Silverado. The only hang up I had was finding the perfect 6 O'clock position for the hose clamp to be in so it wouldn't interfere with the metal plate. I have big hands and it was a bit cramped for me but I got it done. The second door was done in half the time since I learned from the first door. Probably took me and hour total.

Tricky to install
These are a little tricky to install. I just hope that they will never be tested. Had my previous truck broken into with out having these so I feel better now that I have them.

Not that easy to install
Takes longer to install then they say. Says it fit our truck but had to do a little altering to get it to fit. Otherwise it seems to do what it is supposed to do. Guess we will find out when someone tries to break in again.

I wish I new a bought this item years ago I could have saved my truck from being stolen

Relief
Truck was broken into 3 times and once got my wallet but the others got nothing. Now I have the Jimmi Jammer's installed and feel much more secure.

Doesn’t stop lock from being pushed in.
Have an 05 Silverado. Popular truck for thieves because the lock can be pushed in and turned making the truck think the key was used. Bought this product among other anti theft devices. Thief punched the lock on the driver door, despite the jimmy jammer, It was bent in far enough for them to turn the lock cylinder and open the door. Don’t think it even slowed them down. I would pass on this product.
