This. "" 8/0 circle hook "" is sitting inside of a Gamakatsu 8/0 circle hook. The thickness of the hook itself is right but the size of the hook is more like the size of a 4/0 hook. I fish for catfish and this hook is sized for my bait but I don't need to use 50lb test for my bait so these are pretty much trash. If your trying to buy these hooks for tuna fishing I'd go to the bait shop instead. I don't see how this would even get into a fishes mouth with the angle they gave it especially with bait on it. Absolutely not worth $10.00 these are basically Walyworld specials.
