I love the taste of this hydration tablets. It tastes like a Lucozade, orange flavour, a pleasant fruit taste.The tablets dissolved quickly with the slow fizzing sound, and don't leave any bits behind like my other protein shake.I like the fact that these are vegan, gluten and caffeine-free.I use it when I go for a morning walk and before work out. I also give my son when he does the online school, and it's working perfectly fine.The shape and size of the tube are ideal for carrying in a pocket or gym bags. The pop lid is well-made, and it seems there is no chance for the dust or water to go into the tube.I hope this review is helpful for you to make a purchasing decision.

These are definitely some of the more pleasant-tasting hydration tabs I've tried. Both these orange-flavoured ones and the berry are really refreshing. They're subtly sweet rather than overpowering, and although you can tell they're electrolyte drinks (that ever-so-slight sodium aftertaste which is inevitable with a formula like this), they're actually really quenching and nice to drink.I'm using them as sports drinks, and I think they're really helping replace fluids during and post-exercise, although they're equally good for the medicine cupboard at home for standard hydration use after an upset tummy and such like. Also, my mum, who has nabbed a tube, is popping a single tab into a glass of water for her bedside table - she says it's preferable to plain water when she wakes up in the night wanting a sip.Nice flavour, great hydration action and a good bulk purchase for the cupboard. Winner!

These aren't bad. I was expecting my Dad to need these first as he has developed a late in life egg allergy that occasionally throws up surprises. Instead, I've been the one needing them. I'm being on prescribed medication that has been ripping through my system for a few hours after a dose and making me feel pretty rotten.These tablets help. The flavour of them isn't bad. A subtle orange taste, that's not sweetened. The tablets take a few minutes to completely dissolve in cool tap water, but then seem to start working within minutes of being consumed. An adult can use up to 14 of these tablets per day, I'm currently using 4-8.
