This helps your focus and memory.
I was having trouble with my memory and my ability to focus. I like to play cards. Pinochle is the game I like. But I was always forgetting the bid or who's ace it was. And I couldn't retain much. But since I started taking this, my memory and focus have greatly improved. I am playing cards much better and win a lot now.

Magnesium for brain function
I was recommended this product specifically to support Essential Tremors. I haven’t been on it long enough to say if it is helpful, but it definitely can’t hurt. I take with liquid Cal-Mag.
