pinch pricey for the amount, tho I found I really only needed to drink about half. 3 stars because the flavor on this one is definitely an acquired taste. I normally have my liquid iv with ice but found ice with this one made the flavor unpleasant, room temperature was easier to tolerate. wish it was a bit less expensive, or that the 30 packs were offered like in other flavors, and had a better flavor but I'd still recommend it, helped me get my needed zzzs.

I drink Liquid IV on the daily because I work outside in the hot Arizona weather. When I found this I was curious because sometimes it’s pretty difficulty to fall asleep after a long day in the sun. So I bought this to see if it would help. Not only did it help me relax and fall asleep, it helped me stay asleep and wake up refreshed. No lagginess

When you prepare this, do not drink it if you still need to feed the pets, put the children to bed, wash your face...definitely do not think you have time for a shower.Be in bed.I don't usually find these types of products work for me. I deal with insomnia and have just adjusted to sleeping when I can.My husband works an odd shift. He needs to be able to come in from work and go to bed.I figured we would try the sleepy mix since we like Liquid IV's other flavors.Wow...I drank mine before I had washed my face before bed. When it hit...it hit. I decided no other chores were getting done. I felt woozy and relaxed...suddenly! I had definitely underestimated this stuff!I warned my husband not to make the same mistake I did.I did fall asleep quickly (for me). Unfortunately, I didn't stay asleep for the night and I did have weird dreams. The next time was better, but I just don't think it's for me.My husband, however, loves it.It's a bit pricey. But it seems to work pretty well for him, so I try to keep them on hand (when I can find it).If you have trouble falling asleep, it's worth a try. It did help shut down the usual chaos in my head. (It's like crack hamsters pounding red bulls, while blasting loud techno)The taste is...okay. I was surprised I didn't like it. I don't hate it...just not my favorite. But it's just 8oz. Easy.It would be amazing if they made one that tasted like a fine, well aged whiskey.Just throwing that out there.

Seems to really work. We will buy it again. We recommend it.
