MCS 13x19 Inch Gallery Wood Wall Frame, Black (46392)

I ordered six frames for a promotion at work because I thought the design was sleek yet sophisticated. I was disappointed to find that all of them had dents and dings even though the packaging appeared to be new. I ended up exchanging one and returning another. If you're looking for something sleek, these are not it. My only guess is the quality of the wood used is poor and dents easily.

I ordered an 11 x 17 Frame and it came with dents and dings in the wood, although it was factory sealed and new. Returned it to Amazon for a replacement that also came with a bunch of noticeable imperfections. So I am giving up on this Frame and getting a refund.

Do not buy this product if you're trying to fit the 11 in x 17 in dimensions. This frame is SMALLER than it's advertised. I had to trim the top and bottom edges of my 11 in by 17 in poster to fit. And even then the sides were slightly folded. Yes this product is cheap, but I recommend spending just a bit more on better quality, especially if you don't want to trim you picture/print/poster. Paint pieces also chip off left and right while trying to frame your item.

While this frame is extremely classy, putting the picture in frame required much effort. I put a white matted picture into the frame, and as I did black flakes from the frame were coming off and getting stuck between my picture and the glass. Also, once I put the cardboard behind the mat, the clasps to keep the photos in and secure were so hard to put down. After I finally got the pictures in, they look wonderful, except there are little black spots on the white matting in some places from where they flaked off. I decided not to try again, seeing as how my fingers were sore after doing this four times.

My first one came damaged but was replaced and the second was perfect. Smooth edges on the glass and nice finish.

Love the fact this had real glass!

Extremely happy. Very nice quality and glass. I needed this odd size and am extra pleased with that.

I ordered a set of frames and they arrived on time. I do like that they are matte, it has a very clean crisp look to it. However, I am a little disappointed that for the steep price of $20 a frame, there are a few cosmetic imperfections. Granted they are only noticeable close up but I would expect the QA to be better for an expensive product like this.

plastic not glass. Don't care... It will meet my needs nicely. would and probably will buy again.

I bought two and one of them had something glossy like glue on the surface of the frame, not the glass. I tried to wipe it off with a cloth, but it wouldn't come off. The other one was fine and looks good.

I bought 3 of these frames, one of which was broken on arrival. All 3 had black smudge coming off them that got onto one of the pictures I was framing. I couldn't use any of the frames because of this and had to return them all.

These frames did the trick for me. The quality is okay given the price and they met my exact need so I'm satisfied.

great frame -like another reveiwer wrote -the hook on the back is at least an inch off center. too bad. ....the maker(MCS Industries) just let that stand. and still make money.

This product was broke when it arrived! It was being used for a Christmas present so there wasn’t enough time to return it for a new one. Wishing I would have listened to the reviews!
