Only use it for work, could never use it as a personal phone, it would drive me to drink! Frozen apps, inconsistently opening other apps, as opposed to the app you require. Dire operating system, I have not had this phone a year, and would certainly never recommend it to any one. I am one very disappointed Cat fan.I can confirm that I have in no way damaged the phone or dropped it, to make it behave in this manner.Now a paper weight on my desk. Please don't waste your money.

Ensure you format your micro SD as transferable media or it stops working after a day, but once I did this- it's been great and the thermal camera works very well. Bluetooth connects well and calls are clear. The camera is so-so but the screen is nice and bright and responsive. Feels very rugged and hope it will last at least 2 years.
