No good. I went on a trip that should have taken 12 hours. It took 16 hours. The first 2 hours and last 2 hours was on side streets. Two of the roads were closed. Instructions hard to understand. I gave it away

I was so excited that I found an affordable gps system after we just moved. However, this system couldn't find a complete route to my husband's job or anywhere close to it. So, we couldn't use it at all. The maps were incomplete or something and we wasted a few hours trying to set it up and then fix it. Very sad.

The product was useful for just directions for 1 month and then started to malfunction. It can never find a gps signal and the battery life is 10 mins and shuts off you have to keep in plugged in at all times. I don't know if I got a defective product or what but I can no longer use it because it can't find a signal once I put the address in. That thing is collecting dust in my car. Spend the extra dollars and buy a gps that will last more then 30 days.

I am not sure if this works or not! The instructions were not readable and it is hard to charge. But I revisited my review and added a star because it DOES work. Problems with charging and instructions remain.

when I bought this a few months ago, it had a much higher rating, but it definitely doesn't deserve a high rating. First my dad used this product while driving from GA to MI. Somewhere along the line it had a major hiccup and stopped working. Before it stopped working, he hated it anyway. It took him down very rural streets and eventually down a road that just ended. Since I wasn't with my dad at the time, I couldn't say exactly what happened. When he got home, I had to factory reset it, somehow the maps just stopped working. You couldn't load anything. After it was reset I had to make sure all the settings were correct. I tried using it and it just wouldn't work. I have used GPS devices for many years, and never had an issues. This one seems more complicated than is necessary when trying to route yourself. I began using it by routing to places I knew to see what would happen, but no luck. It showed me a map but wouldn't direct me. I finally gave up and stuck it in a drawer. I wish I would have bought one of the names that i know and trust. Maybe if I had hours to fool around with it, I could get it to work the way I want it too, but I just don't have that kind of time. I will stick with my old garmin for now.

I bought this for my son and he loves it

it will get you there, but it does not have the best touch screen. great for the price. accurate directions.
