Lovely porcelain
Love this simple yet elegant style, bit of Mediterran. Great size with 1.2l and looks so cool in my kitchen. Love it! Well packed and arrived good condition, on time. Higjly recommend for the price!

Inferior packaging
The teapot is fantastic but the insert was damaged on arrival. I'm not returning it as it's needed for immediate use. Just a little disappointed

Broken.
Love the tea pot. Nothing on box packaging to suggest fragile, tea pot arrived in one piece but diffuser was inside it and only protected by cardboard shown.Won’t return because unless packaging changes will probably happen again. Disappointing but tea pot still useable.

Love it! Best teapot I have ever had
Makes a great cup of tea wasn't sure about using the container in the top for tea bags, I thought it was for loose leaf tea, but it turns out that the hot water pours directly through the tea bag which means no stirring and an immediately strong brew.
