I enjoyed reading this book. It takes the Emotional Intelligence to another level. Can actually help you to understand yourself and the way you reading to things. Easy to dip in and out of too. Worth the read if you are interested in leadership/behaviours

Meaty and interesting, nay fascinating. Something I will refer back to again and again.

So insightful and interesting. I studied Psychology at uni so did have some background knowledge, but I still learnt so many more things from this book. Goleman uses many examples which makes it interesting to read. Couldn't put it down!

A good read
