It doesn’t really have a gummy texture. It’s definitely sticker and more jelly like, kind of like Turkish delights. The flavor taste more like Asian plums than apple. I personally think it taste great, but I am Asian, and I do enjoy Japanese plum wine. If you stick your nose in the bottle, you can smell the vinegar, but you won’t while eating it. The container has an American flag on it, but don’t be fooled. It is only FORMULATED in the US.

These were too sweet for me and had no taste of apple cider vinegar. That might be a big plus for someone else, but it wasn't for me. Furthermore, I am not convinced they are as beneficial as having real apple cider vinegar, with the "mother." The truly fermented type.

These are great flavor but a little more sugar than I would ideally like in an Apple Cider Vinegar supplement. They do taste great and I like the softer texture. 500g of Apple Cider vinegar seems to be a common amount in these gummy supplements but I have found some that are lower in sugar, which I prefer.I do find Apple Cider Vinegar to be helpful in detoxing. I've used it to help with weight loss, too, but I've found the gummies to be less effective with the weight loss. I don't know if thats due to the added sugar or the lower amount of apple cider vinegar but when I'm using it for weight loss, I have to use a high dosage and either use real apple cider vinegar or high dose capsules.

I've been a fan of taking apple cider vinegar to boost my immune system for years. It's supposed to help with so many things including bloating, heartburn, digestion (and much more!) but was really hesitant since it can be really hard on your teeth and wear away the enamel. These are such a perfect solution because they are gentler on the teeth and tummy but have the same benefits! These gummies make it fun and easy to stay healthy and they taste great. Just two tasty little gummies and you are done. Gummy vitamins are much easier to travel with too! The only downfall is that I don't know if these contain the "mother" like real ACV does.Hope you found this review helpful!

Instead of snacks, I pop a gummy in, which keeps me from looking for another snack.The gummies taste ok; they are sweet with some apple vinegar flavor but quite tolerable. I think this helps with weight loss, makes no sense, but...I noticed slightly reduced appetiteand slow weight loss with no real effortu will not loose 5lbs a week, lets get real,, but I think it helpssometimes gives me ulcers in my mouth, so bewareits still acidtaste is incredible, they disguised it well...worth a try !

This is my favorite way to take apple cider vinegar. These taste good and don’t have the vinegar taste. Feels like I’m eating a gummy candy and they are easy to chew. My only concern was there was no freshness seal under the top.
