Excellent source of Calcium....have been taking it for years......love this product

I really like this brand for some reason. I took the recommend two a day and I was really pleasantly surprised at the difference it made in my aches and pains. I have fibromyalgia and my muscles are often cramped and tight. I didn't realize what a difference it made until I ran out and then awoke a week later and felt like I was hit by a truck. I then realized I usually feel like that but the magnesium must have really helped. I did switch to another brand because I also suffer from constipation due to weight loss surgery and I hoped it would work for that as well but I know calcium often causes constipation so I bought a different magnesium supplement that did not include the calcium and D3. And the knew one still works for the aches and pains. I also take more of it and it now helps for the constipation as well. I've read that everyone is low in magnesium and we should all be taking it for anxiety, etc. Most of us don't know we are low because you can't do a blood test to test for it as the amount of magnesium in your blood is not a true indicator.

These pills/tables are large, but easy to swallow as they are coated with something that makes them just slide down. They are soft and not hard as most calcium supplement is. I wish they had more calcium per pill. I need 1500 mg every day and I believe the instructions are to take them with meals - I prefer to take my supplements all at one time once a day. But, they are the best I've found and will continue to buy them.

My doctor mentioned that I was low on vitamin D,calcium, and magnesium this blend has everything I need. It also includes vitamin K, boron, horse tail and primrose oil. Now I don't have to take all these vitamins I just take one pill. One thing I noticed that I was taking it late in the day I couldn't sleep it gave me energy I am now taking it early in the morning. I have more energy and I noticed before I started taking these vitamins my tongue was very pale now it's getting pink. I really like these vitamins specially if you need calcium, magnesium try them they are worth it and for the price you can't go wrong.

This form of calcium is easily digested

With my lactose intolerant gut, I've been taking calcium for 30+ years. This aren't small by any means but I've been pleasantly surprised at how easily they go down. For awhile I was using another product (liquid reviva) at bedtime with one of these in the a.m. Within a week I had rsd while trying to fall asleep. Ugh! The next day I added a second one of these mid-day and that took care of the rsd, which is good proof to me that they're delivering the needed calcium.

The capsules--like the dry pills--are large, but the slide down and don't stick!

Large caps, but easy to swallow. Delivered quickly.The only thing that concerns me is that the gel cap is so thick. I wanted to try liquid caps as opposed to pills because I've read that we only absorb a small amount of the actual amount in the pill. I take a proton pump inhibitor due to having gastro paresis, so my ability to break calcium down is very limited. I'm concerned that the gel cap doesn't devolve to free the calcium to be absorbed.Other than that, I'm satisfied.
