Pretty good
For a cake mix, the muffins were pretty good. I added coffee instead of water, as well as a mix of milk and white chocolate chunks in one batch and it definitely made it super rich and fudgey. Even without the additions (in the second batch), the cupcakes tasted really moist and delicious.

If you are looking to impress people with your baking skills, then the Benoit Vanilla muffin mix is amazing! We make some delicious vanilla muffins for my daughters 5th birthday and all the kids enjoyed the muffins. Also a good way to try your hand at baking!

Sadly had to return as other products delivered with it leaked all over it and had to return. Looked great value however and a shame never got to taste made product.
