Great for getting started
I have not used resistance tubes before but this one does the job well enough. It is durable. However it needs to be stretch to a certain level before the resistance kicks in. I guess you can blame it on the length of the tube.

Disappointing Experience: Damaged in Just 5 Days
The product did not meet my expectations. It was **not good** in terms of quality and got **damaged within just 5 days** of use. Very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend it to others. Definitely not worth the money.

Firstly it's my second order becz one week later I ordered but I didn't receive any call from Amazon so , I ordered second time .All items are in the bag accept guide book now am watching videos how to use this product.
