Works better than anything else I've tried
I have the 22% version. It's really potent. I have to use it every other day on account of it burns my gums. However, that's more the fault of the trays that didn't mold correctly to my teeth. I put them in boiling water to form them. That was a mistake.. The water was too hot and the trays didn't mold correctly. I've ordered more and will do them correctly this time. In the meantime, I use a Q-tip and paint the gel onto my teeth, then put the tray in to help prevent the gel from oozing over the top of the tray onto my gum, or from touching the inside of my lips. Because it will cause some irritation. But as far as whitening goes - I've used Crest White Strips, one of the whitener kits that has ultraviolet light, and a slew of different whitening kinds of toothpaste. None of them work as well as this product has worked. If you have any tooth sensitivity at all, I recommend using Sensodyne for a week or so before you start using this to help. This stuff is strong, but it works really really well.

Save your money!
Where to begin? If you're expecting these mouth trays to fit, skip those expectations. I heated it in a pot of water until it was smoking hot. I pressed the trays into my teeth but it doesn't adjust horizontally. The trays still protruded away from my teeth. In order for the product to work, it has to come in contact with your teeth. You aren't bleaching the surface chewing landscape, and that's the only part that will FIT. Because the trays are perched away from contact with the teeth, any solution you have in the tray will leech out the back as you try to SUCK the trays to make contact with your teeth. Biggest bunch of garbage for a high price. Skip it please, this is nothing but a waste of your hard earned money.
