Works great 👍
I used this 2 weeks ago, it saved me a lot of time. Easy to grab a tree with and haul it out of the woods with my tractor, and load it up on the trailer.

Heavy Duty!
This thing is a beast! It is a bit heavy, but lifted tree stumps weighing over a thousand pounds with ease. I used it on a heavy duty 3 point boom pole as some of the stumps were too heavy for my front end loader to lift off the ground.

excellent tool (22" inch jaws)
I used these to move 13-15 inch diameter telephone posts, 8-16' long! What an amazing tool! These are very easy to use! Once the jaws clamp/ engage they will not come loose no matter what!Yes, you need to get off the tractor each time you relocate/reset the jaws, however this is to be expected! Some folks have used pull ropes to open them and release them , I can see this being quicker especially if you are doing a lot of work. Anyway, for the money this is an amazing log moving tool!! Far better than having to use straps or chains! Well worth every penny!

It works under some conditions.
This grapple will hold a log of lifted from the middle but does not lock if you try to pull from the end. It’s handy for other tasks however.

Destroys itself even with light use
The dual knife design defeats the grapple because it fails to permit the grapple to tilt back and forth in the axis of the log. Because the grapple will inevitably want to tilt as you travel through the forest, the blades bend at which point you may as well go home. I did, removed the swivel to the top of the grapple and threw the rest away. Do not let yourself be fooled by what looks like a good design. The design is that of a junior engineer who has never skidded a log in his life.
