Best eye mask I have ever use
Full light proof , literally you can't see any single lightBut It would be better If they cover the foam with kind of fabric or any cloth rather than leave it only sponge I think it will be more comfortable and protected for long term

This sleep mask performs brilliantly. It is undoubtedly the best I've ever had and I've tried a fair variety. No other sleep mask I've tried does such a thorough job of blocking light, which is important to me, as I can't sleep with any light. It's comfortable and adjustable and you can actually open your eyes with it on and see no light. Furthermore, the foam cups that fit over your eyes prevent any pressure on your eyes since nothing is actually touching them. This mask is great for any time you need to block out all light for a decent sleep but is especially great for travel and getting sleep on a long-distance flight.

I heard about these on the Foundation of Shamanic Studies site as an aid for journeywork. They block the light out completely, are comfortable and adjustable.The hollows make it comfortable to open my eyes while blocking the light; handy detail if feeling sleepy during meditations.

Total Blackout & No Eye Squishing!!
Total blackout- you can wear this on the beach at noon and have no light come through. There's a strip of soft, dense foam that goes your my forehead and over the bridge of your nose, keeping the backing away from your eyes. It's really great to not have anything squishing your eyes, or to have to keep your eyes closed. It's especially helpful for when you wake up, or open your eyes in the middle of the night- no pressure, no light, no problem!The only negative is the hard plastic that the eye cover is made out of. It doesn't really touch your face, so it's not generally a problem, but if you are snuggling up with a special buddy and try to use them as a pillow- it gets a little uncomfy.
