After using this pre-workout intermittently through many resistance training sessions I can safely say this pre-workout is up with the best especially when you factor in the monetary cost in comparison to other highly rated pre’s.As a personal preference I include beta alanine in any sort of pre that I use as I enjoy the tingling sensation that it gives.L-Citrulline is less of a preference and more of a necessity in a pre for the pump that it aids with. Safe to say the dosage is completely adequate for one scoop. Other ingredients in here will also be other peoples personal preference based on whatever research can be found for the benefits.Flavour isn’t half bad, slightly chemically although I believe it’s to be expected with any correctly dosed formulas.Finally, possibly one of the ingredients found in 90% of pre’s, caffeine. As a an energy formulation I have no problem with the inclusion of caffeine as the dosage is inline with the dosages for the other ingredients. However if you are looking for a caffeine free pre as you workout late and can’t sleep (not something that I’ve had a problem with even when taking later but that’s likely down to individuality) or looking for a strictly pump formula due to low caffeine tolerance etc. this product is likely not going to be effective for you.Overall, with only a couple tweaks that could be beneficial to the ingredients (but would likely increase the price of the product - possibly a premium formula in the future?) this product gets 5/5 stars for being a great high energy pre-workout.

I’ve tried a lot of other pre workouts and this one is one of the better ones. High dosage of Beta-Alanine and L-Citruline are perfect for me, and for others who love that tingly feeling to hype them up for a workout. The flavour (pineapple) is pretty great and mixability is also good. Overall, this pre has everything you need, flavour, great dosage and effectiveness. The only con is that the scoop is large however this is really nitpicking.

• Used GP for it's recommended use as a pre-workout• Used many and this is definitely best tasting PW I have had (Pineapple) also absolutely no bitter or strange aftertaste like for eg. Grenade!• Mixed great• Consistency is perfect with slight body to it, also it dissolved perfectly.• Considering the high amount of Beta Alanine dosage I got no tingling sensation from it neither did I experience anything more than a moderate Pump from the high dose of Citruline Malet.Regarding the Nitric Oxide affect from the sound dosing of L-Arginine GP provides (This should promote the vascularity affect) well this was not really noticeable with me personally I am naturally quite vascular so I would of ordinarily expected to see more profound results.• However the overall effect of GP has not been bad at all, but due to Gyms currently closed due to Pandemic I have only used this product whilst exercising indoors so far, not for an intense workout yet where I can put my muscle through serious resistance. To this point it has been adequate.• TBF at this price point(if GP is truly dosed as the tub indicates)it presents good value for money at £25.I would assume this product will do as it says on the tin when I finally get back into the gym as you can't lose with the ingredients neither the generous dosing.I would prefer a dose of 300mg of caffeine in each serving as at 200mg I do not believe it does the rest of the dosing justice. 300mg is pretty average for Preworkouts now and is no longer considered extreme.The Sweet Spot 4this product for me moving forward will have to be 2x Scoops

I spent a good few hours researching the options on amazon and having tried most popular brands I decided to give this one a bash.Taste is probably the best out there, mixes with only a few stirs and kicks in pretty fast.As someone else has said, the dose of Beta Alanine is pretty high so I had to drop to half a scoop as I got a few rashes out of it. Don't expect a massive kick or rush, it is more of a pump supplement and it does the job for that. Very little change in energy levels.I was expecting a premium product as it was 30 pounds when I bought it, overall pretty decent but would only try it again if it was cheaper.

The choice of products available in the 'pre-workout' category is huge and therefore, unless you have recieved a specific recommendation, it is very difficult to choose. I had looked up the key ingredients that I wanted in a pre-workout and 'Gunpowder' contained all of these.I also liked the fact it was made in 'pharma grade' factory. The product also had plenty of solid reviews. I decided to take the plunge and am pleased with my choice. This is my first 'pre-workout' product and definitely provides a sustained boost of energy and somewhat of a 'pump' effect. It does make my legs feel a little tingly but this is a well known, and harmless, side effect to some of the ingredients (which also gives me confidence in the grade of it). Pineapple tastes pretty good as well.

This product was well dosed and hit the spot in the gym, I purchased for a full year and it never failed me.However they changed the label and added that it had lots of actives.Since then I feel that all this powder contains is a flavour and that's all.I even stopped using for 2 weeks just to see if it was my tollarance.Stated again and no focus or pump, bought a less dosed rival and it spun me out, tried again and no focus or pump..This powder is Bunk...
