Good Discrete GPU system. Attractive Prime exchange and cash back
Though I did not want a GPU but the price difference was just 1500.Got 10K exchange discount and 5% cashback for Amazon ICICI card.Final cost to me 50K.250 GB SSD system disk is blazing fast and 1 TB HDD is big enough.

Works as expected, 2.5 months and counting
Got it for my daughter for doing school activity.Boot and shutdown time ~10 secs.Zoom and online classsroom , no issues so far. MS products student edition works fine for, ppt word excel. battery time came for 6 hours before warning , was reading a kindle book.once saw heating issue during initial setup, but never saw it again.------------using for 2.5 months now, no issues

Good specs, BAD design, BAD hardware quality (gimme my money back, Amazon)
Usage Period:- 1 monthUsage Type:- Watching movies, working on Excel/Word & gaming.Pros:-1. Backlit keyboard2. Light weight, metallic finish, looks neat.3. Can open screen with one finger (just like a Mac)4. RAM is 3222 Hz (not 2666 Hz)5. MS-office student edition with lifetime validity.Cons: -1. Heating issue, because the vents are actually blocked! The outlet of the air flow is at the back of the laptop (not bottom). When you open the lid, the back gets blocked by the lower part of screen and the hot air is redirected upwards to the screen.This actually heats up the laptop more than it should. Reducing laptops lifetime.2. I used a cooling pad, and now after 3 weeks, that USB port is not generating enough power to even run a mouse. Problem is not with cooling pad as I used that for more than 1 year in my office laptop and that is running fine. So maybe if you work extensible using an external storage, you might face issues as that too takes in a lot of power through USB.3. Track pad is not solid and has a weird clickey feeling throughout. Sometimes doesn't even register the clicks. Will give it 3/10. Better use a mouse.3. Pressings the zero button on the Num pad makes a sound which only 3rd party low grade keyboards make. No other key makes that sound. Not sure if it was refurbished or something.4. Even when you do shutdown and wait for everything to turn off and then close the lid; it doesn't shutdown every time. Right now the wake time is 3 days and I barely used it for 4hrs in the last 3 days; always shut down after usage. Seems like it only went to sleep.In short: - DO NOT buy this. Dell is a good company, but this specific model is not up to the mark. my return period expired, else would have returned this.Right now upgrading to Windows 11; let's see how that goes.Edit 1:- Headphone jack stopped working.Edit 2: - Mailed Jeff Bezos for support on this faulty product, he asked me to ask Dell for help. Apparently they are not responsible for selling high priced faulty products.

Actually it is good for multitask tabs.. And batteery will drain if u use it for longer tym... battery drains fast ... Having a backlit keyboard is heelpful as u can do your task by light off ...

Muy rápida y eficiente, sin embargo pronto he tenido que cambiarle el SSD por uno de mayor capacidad al igual que la ram debido a mis solicitudes personales, si no instalas programas muy pesados no tendrás problemas

Rápida y buena relación entre precio y performance.
La computadora es rápida, pero la resolución de la pantalla y sobre todo de la cámara aún siendo HD, es un poco baja. Tengo otra laptop con la misma resolución y aún así se ve mejor (más nítida) en meet o zoom que uso para mi trabajo. Otro detalle es que el teclado es en español y yo pensé que venía en inglés como se presenta en la imagen de la publicación. Pero funciona bien la laptop. Vale la pena la compra.

NO LA RECOMIENDO.
DIFICULTA MUCHO EL PODER CONFIGURAR APPS Y EL ACCESO A INTERNET CON OTRO NAVEGADOR QUE NO SEAN LOS DE MICROSOFT.NO PUEDO CONFIGURAR MAIL DE 'GMAIL.COM' .EL TECLADO NO TIENEN LUZ INFERIOR EN LAS TECLAS PARA PODER TRABAJAR CON MAYOR CLARIDAD.NO DAN SOPRTE TCO POR TELÉFONO PARA USUARIOS "PERSONAL" Y SOLO LO REFIEREN A LINKS DE TUTORIALES.MANDA CONTINUOS MENSAJES PARA HABILITAR TODO EN LA NUEBE, SIENDO QUE NO SE DESEA USARLA.etc, etc. etc.
