The war is here
It is so great when a comic/book lives up to its name and and hype. To be honest I when the War of the Realms came out I did not really know much about it. I cannot understand why as this is probably the most epic Marvel story in comics. I would put this right up there with Endgame.Of the 10 Realms 9 have fallen only Earth/Midgard is left, and it is not going down without a fight. All the Avengers and heroes and heroines stand with the survivors of the other Realms. Once again everyone steps up.If I have one complaint, it is Spider-man. Wolverine call Spider_man an idiot and I agree with him completely. I have hated the way Marvel have devolved his character. He acts more like Spider-boy, or Iron-child. Thst is my only complaint. This is an all action comic, from beginning to end. I am not even a Thor fan, but I love this series. I think he steps up big time. The other characters are also great but all in all Thor is the linchpin. In all honesty that is the way it should be. The cover gallery contains all the variants and a thumbnail version on the actual covers. Summary totally epic story, great artwork and totally awesome series.

I loved this book, and disagree with the negative reviews!
I LOVED this book. I see a lot of reviews that are pretty negative of this one which is kinda crazy to me. I binge read Jason Aaron’s entire Thor run (highly recommend you do the same if you haven’t) leading in to this, and it didn’t disappoint. I felt it was a great wrap up to what he was building over the course of his whole story.I could maybe see that if you read the Thor run weekly as it was releasing, over the course of YEARS, that it might have felt a little too quick paced. But as for me having read it all in a couple months, it was wonderful. The action was great, the story wrap ups worked for me, and I felt it did the story much justice. Now as I said, I highly recommend you read the Thor run leading in to this as the pay-off will be much greater. If you don’t want to, there is a nice little Prelude book that I checked out just out of curiosity, and it did a good job of filling you in prior to this epic ending. At the end of the day, I loved the art, the story, the action, and just about everything else about it and I highly recommend it to anyone who was interested.

Decent Product but Was not as advertised
Enjoyable story line and a great conclusion to several years of buildup but it advertised that it had War of the Realms 1-6 and War of the Realms: Omega. The copy i had pre-ordered did not include War of the Realms: Omega
