Used for postpartum and haemorrhoids. I don’t notice too much a difference. Used 3 times a day for past 3 days. The smell isn’t for me. Prefer to use epsom salt. Seems better for me.

I wish I had put purchased this earlier in my postpartum recovery but I’m still getting some good use out of it. I have used this with a sitz bath and it has been great! Soothing and smells amazing which I appreciate as (lets be real) it definitely gets funky down there especially when you are taking care of a newborn all day. I have no complaints about the amount in the pack as I think it’s enough for anyone using a sitz bath maybe not so much for tub use.

Background info I gave birth August 19th, I had a first-degree tear with 3 stitches. I tried 3 different sitz bath blinds including the well known Frida baby brand and this one provided the most soothing relief & moisture out of them all. I wish more came in the bag lol. 10/10 recommend.

It is quality product, does provide relief and comfort. I have used it for 3 days (once daily) and I feel relieved. It is totally natural product. I do have to agree with other customers that the amount of product is not much for the price. If you use Epsom salt alone would be much cheaper. I have used it 3 times and I probably have left for another 3 days, only using 2 tea spoons. Instructions aren’t very clear, the bag says a different amount of water versus the Amazon product description (1.5 litera); my sitz plate isn’t capable of holding that amount of water. Also says to use warm water; which I did the first time and personally didn’t get much relief. I mixed 2 teaspoons of the product with 2 cups of boiling water. It felt really good and provided relief, be careful not to burn yourself so don’t touch the water. I also combined this with another natural oil called Forces of Nature Hemorrhoid Control Extra Strength and I have seen significant improvement in 2 days.
