Excellenmt Training, Progress, and Nutrition Tracking Tool
It took me a couple of months to study workout workbooks and notebooks and find one that suits all my criteria, exercise, and nutrition needs. Of all the workout notebooks I have had before, this is the best.This note/workbook provides plenty of entries for various exercises and repetitions. I love the front suggestions for exercises for different target areas. It also contains an area where I can annotate my custom exercises. The nutrition area is also extremely comprehensive, and I can track what I eat, my measurements, and my progress. Even though this notebook/workbook is not hardcover, it is quite sturdy and can withstand travel back and forth. I also put it in my gym bag.I recommend this book to EVERYONE who wishes to keep an accurate and precise track of their training, nutrition, and progress.

Exactly what I was looking for
This fitness journal is exactly what I was looking for. All other books I looked at seemed to be a combo of fitness and nutrition, but as I use an app for the nutrition part I only wanted a book to track my fitness progression. This book is perfect, it has places to record body measurements, goals, and daily exercises, reps/weights as well as cardio. Paper is nice and thick and the spiral binding makes it lay flat. Love it.
