Favorite canned Brisling sardines. Wood smoked enhances flavor. Quality olive oil. Size (small) & texture (firm) of fish art spot on. Eaten straight out of the tin or with brown rice or noddles, soy sauce & spring onions, or any combination of foods these little retain flavor yet don’t overwhelm other ingredients. Do not confuse this Crown Prince with others of the same brand name.Sardines in water also excellent-lighter, cleaner flavor but haven’t seen them at Whole Foods for months. Why?

Clean and delicious
This is significantly more flavorful than other sardines brands. It doesn’t have a fish market stench, it contains small portions of sardine and is boneless and vein and gunkless.
