We gave this to my son for Christmas a few years ago. He has really love it. It is still soft after all these years and we microwave it each night during the Winter. Gorilla is one of my son's favourite soft toys so it is cuddled all year long. Great buy - well done Santa.

Ho acquistato questo peluche per mio figlio. Che dire, ottimo acquisto. Il bimbo ha molto apprezzato.Il prodotto è di buona qualità, morbidissimo al tatto. Si scalda in poco meno di due minuti e il calore dura circa un'oretta e mezza. Inoltre emana un bel profumo di lavanda che rilassa e non guasta.Dopo una settimana di utilizzo ho deciso di acquistare un altro per regalarlo a mia suocera che è molto freddolosa. Che dire, anche lei ora non può più farne a meno.

I had a cat that would snuggle and cuddle all night. When he passed away, I was looking for something "cat-sized" that I could get as a comforting substitute. The monkey is just as adorable as pictured, and a great size (could be a tad larger). I had bought something similar for about $9 from a local store 3 years ago, but it was left behind at a hotel. :-/This has a great lavender smell, and it is really calming and soothing when I'm trying to sleep. I had seen options with inserts and I wasn't interested - I wanted something that wanted something that was a stuffed animal, and smelled like lavender (without addition things I could lose/etc). The ability to use it for heat/cold therapy (and I have heated it up once or twice)is nice, but not my primary reason for purchase. I find that the scent was noticeable enough for me without heat. I do love the texture/feel of the millet (it's firmer that traditional stuffing, but still squishy and comfortable to snuggle with). I think it would be a great idea for a kid - using the heat/etc. I'd recommend, and buy again (and have, I bought a polar bear to travel with). Even my best friend's three year-old loved this guy, she even named him George after her favorite cartoon character.I think that if I ever wanted to refresh the scent, it'd be relatively easy to use a seam ripper, add some new dried lavender flowers, and hand sew it back together.
