I love these because they absorb really well. The do run big, I ordered large, lots of extra material probably not needed. I am 188lbs have terrible control at night, these handle my initial getting up at night. Just a little too much fabric but keep me dry.

I used these at night after surgery until I was more stable and could get to the bathroom on time. They really helped and were totally leak proof.

I have several urological medical problems that I am tired tired tired of. It's at least a relief to find a product that does what it says it'll do, when needed.
