So helpful to start the keto diets

I've been on a ketogenic diet for 6 months now. The lifestyle suits me and I don't plan to ever go back. I love Garden of Life products and trust them. So far, aside from trying Bulletproof Coffee bar (yuk), I haven't used any "keto" products. I wanted to try these based on my experience with G of L. The whole basis of doing keto is not using fast or convenience foods and going back to whole real foods. I tried the chocolate meal replacement shake this morning. It does in fact taste great (kind of like a chocolate malt) and I was not given my product for free. I mixed mine with Trader Joe's almond and macadamia milk. I used a blender bottle and some of the product got stuck at the bottom. Next time I will put the liquid in first. I'm curious to see if I will feel sated the way a traditional bulletproof coffee (made with butter/mct oil) works. It's pricey and I don't think I'd buy it at full price. But for the convenience I can see keeping this in my arsenal of products if I can get it on sale. I also ordered the "butter powder". Very curious about it. Garden of Life must be doing a full court press on these products as I also saw them featured in my local healthy food store. Took a star off for price/mixing issues.

There is WAY too much Stevia in this, it was so sweet it's barely tolerable. I tried to counteract the sweetness by blending it with coffee, but that didn't work. On that note, it does not blend into liquid very well. First I tried to blend it in a shaker bottle, then resorted to my Vitamix. It never completely blended in. On a positive note, it meets all the Keto standards, and as always with GOL, the ingredients are the best out there in terms of quality and sourcing.

I like it but its not enough for the price! Only 10 servings.

I can kind of choke this down in coffee but it's basically sitting in my cabinet as wasted money. I have tried other things and like some of them. Fir example, I like perfect keto brand chocolate ketone powder just fine, but I wanted some of the added weight loss ingredients here and like the natural approach. I know keto products don't taste like real treats or anything, but I just can't deal with this. It won't dissolve completely in anything I've tried, and tastes like fake flavors trying to mask the active ingredients. Those flavors are not strong enough to actually work, and it tastes like the combined worst of both the base flavors and the masking flavors with an equally bad texture.
