If you need a good cleanse, this is the product for you. If you want no gripes, or stomach pains do not steep it for more than 1 minute. In cultures other than the US, cleansing is PART OF THE DIET.....here it's only the celebrities touting this or that tea for a "cleanse" and "flat" stomach. This product gets rid of excess water, and keeps you regular. Don't expect ham hock arms, rolls, or belly fat to "melt" away. It's a laxative product, the Senna pod leaf that has been made into a tea. It works well as part of my diet. It arrived on time and with a little sugar substitute is very good and actually something I want to drink because I feel better overall. I am also not a size 30, not sure why Amazon has me as that. I am a size 8.

I have had issues with fully emptying my bowels for years which occasionally would cause abdominal pain. I bought this tea and tried it one Monday morning while at work by the time I got back home it had kicked in and i felt as though it cleaned out months of backed up poop. I now drink 2 cups a week to make sure i get a thorough cleaning since i normally only poop maybe every 3-4 days. Now that i regulary use it it usually works within 2-3 hours. It has worked wonders for me AND helped drop some weight. I lost 7 lbs in 1 week. The only "warning" I'd give you is your poop has an awful smell but thats how you know its working.
