Great larger size knitting needles
Just went back to knitting again several months ago. It's been a number of years. I'm one that prefers the metal knitting needles to other materials because of how nicely your work glides along while working on them. That is what I learned on, and find it easiest. Like these larger sizes mostly for the bulky & a few of the "fluffier" yarns. Great for some of the scarves I've done thus far. Nice to for anything that is a bigger yarn. If you like metal needles these are wonderful and a great price. Do recommend needle stoppers for the end of the needle when project is still being worked on and you have to set your work aside

Love these needles
Love these needles!! I use them more than any other in my knitting box. They are very strong and wipe clean easy (a must for removing oils and moisturizer). I highly recommend this product!!

Slippery, which can be good and bad.
These are great, light and sturdy. They make a very satisfying sound as you knit. The ONLY downside to using these needles (and this isnt saying anything about these particular needles, just metal needles in general) is that there is no friction for the loops that are already cast on. This isnt a bad thing while you are knitting, it actually makes sliding loops off and on very slick. The problem is when you go to put your knitting down to go to the bathroom or something, and the needle completely falls out of the loops. This probably isnt as noticeable with smaller needles, but with these, because it makes such large stitches, the tension isnt as tight either.
