I thought this item was taller and the wood looks so much nicer in the pictures. I actually would not had bought this if I had seen the actually display in the store. Disappointed. And to add to that disappointment my package was missing hardware

One crossbar had the threads cocked to the side so the screw wouldn't thread to secure the bar. Also very very much smaller than the picture. I won't be able to use this in my kitchen. Not happy at all... Update: the customer service on this issue was amazing and fast. Thank you.

This was MUCH smaller than I thought it would be. The pictures make it look a lot bigger but if you read the dimensions listed are correct. I guess I should have paid more attention to that. So be aware that it's SMALL AND SHORT. I was expecting something different. Hopefully I can make it work somewhere else in the house besides my kitchen. The intention was to use for microwave stand but I don't want to bend down to look into my microwave.

I bought this for my kitchen appliances (microwave, blender etc) when I tell you how small this microwave cart is...I swear you can get on your knees and still be taller then this cart. So disappointing. I swear I feel like taking it apart and sending it back!!!!!🤨

Needed a very small baker’s rack and this was the only product with the right dimensions. It is small but that’s why I liked it.Overall, it was very hard to assemble because the instructions are not clear. They don’t really explain what parts should go where.The basket is very hard to pull in and out. Overall, it looks good and does the job.Customer service is quick and very helpful!

This microwave oven shelf is very easy to use. It has four layers. In addition to the microwave oven, the top layer can store all kinds of seasonings, and the bottom two layers can store dishes, fruits and vegetables. Its wheels can be locked, which is very good

Appears much bigger in pictures! I should have got my tape measure out, I was hoping to place both my basket air fryer and my oven air fryer on it but it is not going to happen.

The shelf itself is cute. It looks just like the pictures. Although I guess I should have grabbed my tape measure and physically looked to see about how tall it was going to be. Its quite small like almost sit on the floor and be face to face with the microwave kinda small,, so im a bit disappointed. I plan to take the wheels off and see if my father can make something to lift it higher off the floor so it is more usable.
