I’m 40 years old and in good shape. Prob tried 50 or so different preworkouts over the years, also bought the base ingredients before to make my own. There’s nothing amazing about this other than the price, but it does get the job done. I feel bad for those who got ripped off, but as you can see from my image, the total weight of the product was 7.75oz, actually more than what it says on the container. Yes, I did zero out the scale before putting the product back into the container to weight it. If you know your base ingredients and what they individually taste like, it’s obvious that this one is primarily citrulline malate, for those who care. Also, I went ahead and purchased a 2nd container after weighing this one in order to see if I would receive a bad one. Maybe I’m just lucky but they both are above weight and perfectly usable.

For the first week everything was fine. I was taking the recommended amount per day for 5 days a week. It took about 10 minutes before I felt the energy it was suppose to give. HOWEVER after a while when I started to get sweaty I noticed I'd start itching a lot on my hands and ears. I would get hot spots on my face, palms, and arms. Then after the first week I stopped getting energy from the product and would almost instantly getting itchy. VERY itchy. Then I figured I was taking too much, so I reduced to 1/2 the serving size and nothing changed. I stopped using it for MONTHS and bought different preworkout. Nothing has ever made me itch quite like this preworkout. It's just sitting in my kitchen unable to be used.

TO EVERYONE CONSIDERING BUYING THIS PRE-WORKOUT BUT ARE HESITATING BECAUSE OF ALL THE ONE-STAR REVIEWS:Don't judge a pre-workout (or any supplement for that matter) on how empty the container is -- check the actual amount of each ingredient PER SERVING. Basing judgement on the fullness of the container is essentially useless. The company could have filled the container with something useless like maltodextrin, but they didn't, and are mostly transparent with the amounts they put into this pre-workout.Value-wise, this product ain’t bad compared to other pre-workout drinks on the market. Per scoop, it has 1.5g beta-alanine, 1.5g creatine, with some citrulline and other stuff on the side. These are the ingredients you should be looking for in every pre-workout. Honestly, I wish this product had more beta-alanine in it, but for the price it's not bad. I personally add more beta-alanine and creatine to mine.I really like the taste of this product and it's clean. Some other products on the market heap caffeine into each serving -- if you're looking for something like that, go for Mr. Hyde.Bottom line, look at the contents per serving, not how much physical product is in the tub. The three desiccant pouches are in there because otherwise his product would clump really easily. It's not a scam. They're there to ensure a good, powdery product. If anything, the only shady marketing going on with this product is advertising it as 3g beta-alanine, 3g creatine, 2.2g arginine then putting "per 2 scoops" in the fine lettering.This is a FINE pre-workout.

Okay, so first off I will tell you that, for me personally, this product is perfect. I use it every day before my workout, and it never fails. I take 2 scoops a day with 12 oz, clean around the house until it kicks in about 15-20 mins later and am good to go. If you actually read the reviews, there are people judging this stuff ridiculously because they failed to do something as simple as reading the package. Don't drink, eat or take anything before you read it, seriously! I have provided a picture of the back label, stating that you "may feel a harmless tingle from the beta-alanine". There are reviews complaining about it. I mean, if you don't read the package, you aren't going to know what to expect. I feel it all the time, which is pretty much the signal that you're ready to work out because it has kicked in. You might feel itchy too. If you don't like that, you should probably find something weaker. If you are sensitive to caffeine, don't take this either. Some people also complain about how the product gets clumpy, but I have ordered this product for months and it has never gotten that way, especially since I use it every day and it's gone within 20 days after I open it. The taste is great, and the price is literally unbeatable.

Just wanna preface as someone whose been in fitness for 8 years and tried almost every preworkout and for a lot of reviews here that says the preworkout makes them itch that this is NORMAL when you start using most preworkouts. The quickest way to make it subside is some cardio or to begin working it, once your bloodflow increases it subsides. Don’t panic you are not having an allergic reaction.The flavor is decent in the preworkout but it’s sometimes too chalky, I’ll sometimes mix it with some sparking water which makes it go right down. The preworkout in itself has a pretty decent amount of ingredients comparable to other brands like C4 and more caffeine, which I like because I’m a pretty heavy coffee drinker. I’ll always liked six star products. My only negative is that it’s really inconsistent, one time I got almost a full bottle but they average where sometimes it’s 1/3-1/4 full of powder. I wish they made a bigger package for it. Also they released a new clean brand that contains much of the same ingredients but I can’t find it anywhere but Walgreens which is miles away from my house and gym. Otherwise it’s a good product.
