Good product easy to install

The 3345 bracket weighs in at 3.3kg without fixings and as the weight is to one side, at times it is a 3 handed job to fix. However, despite looking solidly engineered; in my opinion Vogels made some simple design flaws which make it much more difficult to fix to a wall.The wall mounting plate has a 22mm hole at the top and a 22mm hole at the bottom plus a 12mm hole in the centre. To fix this plate to the wall Vogels provide 8mm diameter coach screws.The 22m holes in the plate are ridiculously large and if you need this much play (14mm) in order to line up the bracket then you should not even be attempting to do this job. The 30mm washers provided simply bend into the centre! The holes would be much better sized at 10mm maximum and maybe have 2 holes at the top staggered and 2 at the bottom staggered.Another but small issue is more a cosmetic one in that they provide plastic covers to hide the fixing bolts; this is OK if you do not use a thicker washer/or bolt. Simple fix here, extend the raised plastic portion of the cover to provide more margin.I had liked Vogels brackets in the past but I think I may choose AVF from now on as these are much more adaptable.

I am very disappointed in this product which is a shame because it looks and feels fantastic and the packing and documentation are first rate. However - I followed the installation instructions to the letter and attached the bracket plum to the wall. In the closed position the tv is perfectly level but as I extend the arm the tv screen starts to rotate anti-clockwise and go out of level. If I then level the TV with the arm fully extended the screen rotates clockwise as it is returned to the closed position. It's not a massive deviation but more than enough for anyone viewing the screen to see it's not level. I have checked every fixing and can only conclude there's a problem with the bracket itself though there is no noticeable damage.

This wall bracket is the best one I've installed, it feels well made and good quality, and the movement is very smooth. Installing it is easy and there is an app to help which visualises the position of the television on the wall and indicates where you should drill. The whole thing feels like care has been put into making it. Once insalled the screen position can be finely adjusted, which is a very thoughtful feature as getting it perfectly level horizontally is a priority for me. I would definitely receommend this and thanks Vogel for a decent product.

Really well built product and high quality components; my only feedback would be to clarify the pre-requisites bit more clearly, ie the size / type of drill bits needed. The videos without any commentary (for a non-professional like me) are not very clear. But managed to get some advise from a professional handyman and got everything done. As a product, definitely worth the money!!!

Die Verarbeitung der Halterung ist gut.Sie sieht gut aus und der Fernseher ist sicherDrei Dinge muss ich bemängeln.Die Halterung, die wir haben ist sehr schwerfällig. Meine Frau bekommt sie kaum aus und eingefahren.Die App ist gar nichts. Jeder mit etwas Geschick macht die Montage lieber mit Wasserwaage und Bleistift.Größtes Manko ist leider, dass unsere Halterung an der Wand in Waage ist, ausgefahren jedoch bei ca. 90 Grad zur Wand ganz außen herunterhängt und dies deutlich sichtbar. Somit habe ich den Mittelweg gewählt und den Fernseher im eingefahrenen Zustand etwas außer Waage genommen, damit man bei 90 Grad noch vernünftig Fernsehen kann. Hinweis: Je weiter man den Fernseher ausklappt, bis 90 Grad zur Wand, desto mehr hängt er an der äußeren Stelle runter. Unser Fernseher wiegt 12 Kilo, also deutlich unter der Belastungsgrenze. Dies ist etwas schade.Fazit: Es ist schwierig eine gute Wandhalterung zu finden, die bei 90 Grad ausgefahren noch die volle Stabilität zeigt. Diese schafft es leider nur in Ansätzen ein gutes Design und Praktikabilität zu verbinden und dies für einen stolzen Preis.
