I love that it is simple and clear.The instructions in the beginning explain the purpose behind the prompts.Suggestions for affirmations are useful.For now, its exactly what I was looking for.It can be used once in the morning and completed at the end of the day for reflection.Just started using it and love it!The price has gone up since I purchased it. Its 5 starts for the price I bought it at, but 3 stars for current pricing.Even though I gave it 5 starts, my enhancement suggestion is that it would be nice to have some doodle space or make it slightly attractive.
