Sonora Nutrition Multivitamin for Women Advanced Time Release, 100 Capsules

I haven't been using this supplement for very long so I am not sure as to the effects on energy as the label claims, but I do like that it contains less common nutrients like iodine, selenium, etc! This is a very well rounded multivitamin and the customer service for this company is great! I was concerned about the ingredients that contain "shellfish" but after inquiring about it, I received a very quick response explaining where the ingredients are derived from. They mentioned that the multivitamin contains coral calcium, which isn’t technically a shellfish but can trigger shellfish allergies. The iodine and omega fish oil in the product are both derived from kelp, which can also trigger shellfish allergies. They primarily label the product as containing shellfish so that people with shellfish allergies are aware that it contains ingredients that might trigger a reaction. All around a great MVI for a great price.

I would say these vitamins are worth a try if you're looking for an effective multivitamin. The benefits:*reasonably priced*one of the ingredients is fish oil which was unheard of in the vitamins that I researched. If you take fish oil, there is no reason to take a separate pill now (unless you prefer a larger dosage)*I did notice several positive improvements after starting the vitaminsDownfalls:*the vitamins are capsules (would have preferred a tablet)*the recommended dosage is 3 vitamins per day and I find it difficult to remember 3x a dayAll in all, I am pleased with the purchase and will likely purchase again after this bottle is gone.

I am almost finished with my first bottle of this vitamin. I can say that I can feel a difference and do feel better when I take them. I don't seem to have any side effects like tasting fish oil or any problems with the small amount of iron that's in it. Since I'm getting low on this bottle, I have just ordered my second one. I think I'll keep giving them a try and yes, I would recommend them. I think they are reasonably priced and I like that they are soft gels and not a hard tablet nor are they large pills.

This is an excellent multivitamin. The iron isn't too high so it absorbs the zinc better which I love. I feel great when I take it. It really does give me energy. You have to take three at a time for the full recommended dosage. Sometimes I just take two but it still works just as nicely. Though I must say, after I do take it, it turns my urine a lime green/yellow color. Other than that, nothing bad at all.

I'm not sure exactly what a multivitamin is supposed to do for the body but I've been taking the Sonora vitamin for a few weeks now. I take 2-3 a day. Don't notice any magical results with anything but they don't get me sick. They come in capsule form and are easy to swallow. I will reorder because I feel like I'm doing something good for myself by taking multivitamins.

Ok, I talked my 16yr daughter to begin taking these to help with many different minor health deficiencies that may be occur within a very active, athletic lifestyle. I have always been concerned with chemical imbalances that arise, especially teenagers when they're not able to eat right! Ugh. Especially menstrual stuff. She loves them. Can really tell a difference for many things. And I can telll a difference in her attitude, and emotional stability. She takes it everyday. Seems to be for real

I like that you get all this nutrition in just 3 small capsules. This make them easy to take I do wish there was an iron-free option for women over 60 as well as higher dosage of calcium to magnesium.

I purchased these vitamins for my daughter before she ran her first marathon. I was anxious about her and wanted to make sure she was completely healthy. She called and told me the vitamins had arrived and she was pleased with them--phew. She is a Californian so she's picky about health! More importantly, she ran the marathon without mishap in 3 hours and 37 minutes. So I'm giving the vitamins five stars because I'm sure they helped and I'm a grateful mother.
