Homeopathic medecine works very well on me for all kinds of things but not always for runny nose allergies although this one worked perfect to stop my husband’s runny nose and allergies, for me it stopped but the runny nose started again… I would recommend this. Remember not to take coffee or mint at the same time because I was told that it cancels the effect… This brand, Boiron, is one of the best in my opinion. Homeopathic medecine doesn’t damage your health so it is worth trying before using doctors drugs which will destroy your health on the long run. I've had killer pollen allergies since I was little. Just a few minutes outside (like taking the trash to the curb) would have negative consequences for hours--sneezing, congestion, runny nose, itchy/puffy eyes, scratchy throat, etc. First Period Gym Class in Elementary School would wreck me for the rest of the day. Although my allergies have improved as I got older, they still significantly limited my outdoor activities in Spring and Summer.For decades, my only recourse was Antihistamines (prescription strength when I was young) which would either put me to sleep or make me hyper. After reading the good reviews for Boiron products, I decided to try them and they really do work (for me, at least)! Recently I was helping my Wife with her garden (an activity I would normally avoid at all cost at this time of year). As soon as I felt allergy symptoms coming on, I'd dissolve a dose under my tongue and the symptoms not only didn't get worse, within a minute or two they were gone, with no unpleasant side-effects!The only downside is their effectiveness is short-lived (I took three, 2-tablet doses over the course of the gardening), so make sure you take a lot with you if you are going to be away from home.I use both these foil-pack, punch-out tablets, as well as the tiny tabs which come in a tube, as the tube is more convenient to carry with me. They are both equally effective although these tablets seem to be effective for a longer period of time.

This is the best thing for all my family’s allergies. I have bad hay allergy and pollen and this gets me through early spring and summer without needing over counter meds that I used to depend on. My daughter takes these before and during going anywhere with cats and we can stay as long as we want (when before her eyes would swell up immediately and have to leave or stay outside). It’s so effective and gentle for the body which is a huge plus!

It handily took care of my allergies without drowsiness. I have bad hay fever and this product actually works. You sure can't believe everything you read these days but I am convinced that this is a superior product. This same company, Boiron makes a couple of products that stops a runny nose and post nasal drip. Now, that is the bomb. I caught a cold with my allergies and that stuff works like magic. I don't expect there will be any physicians telling anyone about these products since they are very inexpensive compared to prescription medications, that doesn't come close to being effective like this stuff.

This works amazingly!!! I am not into allopathic medicines but my allergies got so very bad I had to go to the doctor. She wanted me to take Flonase and Zyrtec and use a Nettie pot. I used the Zyrtec and it did nothing for me. I used this ONE DAY and it cleared everything up! I will never use anything else for seasonal allergies!
