CREATESPACE Self Defence

The book has very little writing and unless your a martial artist or have existing knowledge of fighting this book would be of little help.46 pages the writing could be fit on less than 5 pages of a4 if you use both sides. My personal opinion is this is not value for money and is highly priced for the limited explaining as an example page 8 has under 40 words !!!! Most pages have less than 40 words with one picture, how this can be priced so high is beyond me
