I would recommend this product to any novice cyclist who is interested, sure getting on and riding rollers the first few times will be scary. Watch some Youtube videos for tips and do your first sessions by a wall so you can lean when you get a bit wobbly.But putting the time in to get comfortable will be 100% worth it as the rollers really make you focus on your pedaling form, so that when you transition back to the roads you can put additional power into your pedal stroke.This is a tough workout for a novice as I found I had to pedal a lot faster than I would outdoors to keep myself balanced but in the long run it builds stamina.All in all a great buy to improve my overall cycling skills.

I have never used rollers but decided to give this a try and I can tell you this Do not buy this roller, (Saris CycleOps Aluminum Roller for Indoor Bike Trainer.)Way overpriced for the quality of the product. The 'rubberband" rubs against the frame and is not going to last very long, vibration also causes it to rub against the carpet, and will cause black marks on the carpet. The rollers should have raised ends so the front wheel does not drift off when you are not paying close attention. One of the rollers is already out of round. The way the two frames are joined is especially annoying. for example when getting off the bike the frame joint where the two attach pops up and you have to reset. I should not have to deal with this awful design flaw.would never purchase again and seriously considering sending it back for a refund.There are way better rollers on the market for the same price; all of this discovered after using this roller for only two weeks.ES.

It was revived damaged missing hardware and a build list
