J'étais contente de faire cet achat pour des raisons écologiques. Et le produit était annoncé en acier inoxydable. Je l'ai reçu le 25 novembre 2020 et aujourd'hui le 6 mars 2021 il est rouillé. Je me demande ce qu'ils entendent par acier inoxydable et d'autre part ça n'a rien d'écologique puisque ça rouille et c'est dangereux pour la santé, et en très peu de temps !!!C'est inadmissible de vendre quelque chose dans ces termes. Si c'est de l'acier inoxydable ça ne s'oxyde pas au bout de 2 mois. Je voulais faire une réclamation mais je ne sais pas comment faire !

While the quality of steel used seems oK, (though time will tell whether it gets rusted on repeated washing), the workmanship/fabrication of product is atrocious. The lid has a very sharp edge and in the mesh body the joints are not sealed properly resulting in joints being very sharp like a razor blade. If one is not careful at the time of washing there is every likelihood of getting a deep cut in the fingers. This kind of a UNSAFE product should not be sold at all. If this product would have been sold in USA, some one might sue the manufacturer fo selling a unsafe product.

This product looks the business and is good quality. Unfortunately because I use a wide brim tea cup it drops to the bottom of the tea cup which means you can’t lift it out due to the strainer being covered in boiling water. The drip cup is also hard to drain.This would be fine for smaller narrower tea cups.

I dont drink tea I only drink coffee but was told I drink to much so thought I would try this tea, the tast got a little while to get used to but according to my wife who is a tea drinker this is excellent tasting tea, so I will persevere and become a tea drinker, and this is a good place to start, will be buying more from here.

I wanted an additional strainer after having one clog up and go rust colour.This one is good for infusing tea, so far.However, the cap for purring on top to keep the drink hot is metal and gets very hot. My previous infusee had a pottery cap which was much better than metal burns.
